| COOKING COURSES SURVEY The Park Hotel is exploring the possibility of offering culinary courses to our guests. The courses, taught by Chef Instructors from the Park Hotel Virginia, will explore the cuisine and culture from around the world. Students in the class will prepare menu items using cooking methods and ingredients indigenous to each cuisine's origin. The food prepared in class will become the meal for the students, providing the opportunity to enjoy and critique the various menu items. A light meal will be served in those classes that do not produce a meal. |
