Cancellation Policy Per Room Booked
Within 24 hrs - one night stay
Within 1 week - 30% of one night stay.
More than one week - full refund of deposit.

Check in and out policy
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving from airports, we operate a strict Check in and out policy.
Check in is no earlier than 3pm and check out 12 noon.

This policy insures quality control and allows our house keeping team insure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arriving guests, it also allows resident guests ample time to check out
